1. Reglement De wedstrijden worden gespeeld volgens de regels van de "International Football Association Board" van de FIFA en het reglement van de K.N.V.B. De toernooiorganisator stelt een toernooicommissie samen die verantwoordelijk is voor de gehele toernooiuitvoering. Geldigheid: in verband met mogelijke wijzigingen tot aan het toernooi, zal de laatste versie gepubliceerd op de deze website altijd voorgaande versies vervangen. Lees daarom altijd de regelementen online.
2. Arbitrage
De wedstrijden worden geleid door scheidsrechters. Elk team zorgt zelf voor een assistent scheidsrechter bij hun wedstrijden.
3. Teams
Teams die de goedkeuring van hun nationale voetbalbond hebben gekregen zijn gerechtigd aan dit toernooi deel te nemen.
4. Teamleider
Ieder team moet worden begeleid door een teamleider ouder dan 18 jaar. Zijn naam, adres en geboortedatum dienen bekend te zijn bij de organisatie. De teamleider is verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag van de spelers, zowel op het sportcomplex als in andere accommodaties, die voor de deelnemers beschikbaar zijn gesteld.
5. Categorieën
De datum waarop of waarna een speler geboren moet zijn om mee te mogen spelen met een bepaalde leeftijdscategorie is te vinden op de toernooiwebsite onder ‘leeftijdscategorieën’. Door het hanteren van verschillende leeftijden door een aantal nationale voetbalbonden, is de toernooiorganisator gerechtigd dispensatie te verlenen. Controle: De teamleider moet voor aanvang van het toernooi de spelerslijst waarop per speler naam, geboortedatum en rugnummer zijn vermeld op het toernooisecretariaat overhandigen. Alle spelers dienen in het bezit te zijn van een officieel legitimatiebewijs dat op elk moment getoond moet kunnen worden. Dezelfde speler mag tijdens het gehele toernooi in slechts één team uitkomen.
6. Speelduur
Alle wedstrijden: 2 x 15 minuten De wedstrijden worden centraal gestart en beëindigd. Op het moment dat er omgeroepen wordt, wordt er per direct beëindigd. Dat geldt NIET voor een evt. penalty die nog genomen moet worden. Een bal die reeds onderweg is en tot een doelpunt leidt, geld nog wel. Toernooi reglement Brabant Open
7. Plaatsing Poulewedstrijden: De ranglijst wordt bepaald door het aantal punten. De punten worden als volgt gegeven: winst 3 punten, gelijkspel 1 punt en verlies 0 punten. Indien teams gelijk eindigen, wordt de ranglijst als volgt bepaald: Doelsaldo Doelpunten gescoord Onderling resultaat Als er nog geen verschil bestaat, zal elk team 3 strafschoppen nemen. Vervolgronden: Waar van toepassing: bij gelijk spel worden strafschoppen genomen volgend de regels van de FIFA. De afstand is 11 meter, de afstand voor de U09 is 8 meter. Finales: Waar van toepassing: bij gelijkspel worden strafschoppen genomen volgens de regels van de FIFA. De afstand is 11 meter, de afstand voor de U09 is 8 meter.
8. Wedstrijd
Voor alle categorieën kan tijdens de wedstrijd onbeperkt gewisseld worden. Spelers mogen slechts voor één team uitkomen gedurende het gehele toernooi. De wedstrijd van het team waarin deze speler onrechtmatig speelt geldt als verloren (0-3).
9. Tenue
Indien voor aanvang van een wedstrijd naar het oordeel van de scheidsrechter de clubkleuren van beide teams te weinig verschillen, is de eerstgenoemde vereniging verplicht te spelen in een tenue van een afwijkende kleur.
10. Disciplinaire maatregelen
Een speler die een officiële waarschuwing (gele kaart) krijgt, krijgt een vijf minuten tijdstraf. Indien een speler uit het veld is gestuurd (rode kaart) of twee officiële waarschuwingen heeft gekregen, wordt hij voor de volgende wedstrijd uitgesloten. De scheidsrechter zal de toernooicommissie hier direct na de wedstrijd over informeren. Een speler die een tweede rode kaart krijgt, wordt uitgesloten van deelname aan de rest van het toernooi. Alle rapporten over wangedrag zullen door de toernooiorganisator naar de nationale voetbalbond worden gestuurd die deze rapporten zal doorsturen naar de betreffende nationale bond. In geval van poulewedstrijden zullen alle resultaten van een team ongeldig verklaard worden, indien: - dat team zonder geldige reden niet op tijd aanwezig is; - dat team met een niet gerechtigde speler uitkomt; - door wangedrag van de spelers van dat team de scheidsrechter besluit de wedstrijd te staken. In de tussen- en eindronden, indien geen sprake is van poule wedstrijden, verliest in de hierboven genoemde gevallen het betreffende team automatisch met 0-3 Toernooi reglement Brabant Open
11. Protesten
Protesten met betrekking tot beslissingen van de scheidsrechters zijn niet mogelijk. Protesten met betrekking op andere aangelegenheden moeten uiterlijk 15 minuten na afloop van de wedstrijd door de teamleider bij de toernooicommissie schriftelijk worden ingediend. De toernooicommissie besluit tevens over aangelegenheden waarin dit reglement niet voorziet. Het besluit van de toernooicommissie is binden.
12. Wedstrijdprogramma
De toernooicommissie heeft het recht om in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden het wedstrijdprogramma te wijzigen
13. Aansprakelijkheid
De deelnemende clubs zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor een adequate verzekering van de spelers. De organisatoren en Euro Sportring zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel en verlies of diefstal van eigendommen van de deelnemers
14. Alcoholgebruik
Het is voor de deelnemers aan Brabant Open ten strengste verboden tijdens het toernooi alcohol te nuttigen langs de velden. Gebeurt dit wel, dan kan de toernooiorganisatie het team van de desbetreffende speler uitsluiten van deelname. Leeftijd schatten blijft moeilijk, igv twijfel wordt om een IDkaart gevraagd.
15. Discipline
Spelers/teams die zich gedurende het weekeinde op welke wijze dan ook misdragen op en/of buiten het voetbalveld kunnen uitgesloten worden van deelname aan Brabant Open. De beslissing hierover ligt in handen van het bestuur van de Stichting Eurosportring en de vereniging waar het toernooi gespeeld wordt. Daarnaast dien men te beseffen dat onze scheidsrechters ten allen tijde in bescherming worden genomen, bij onheus bejegenen zal tegen de desbetreffende speler / ouder / official aangifte worden gedaan en gelijktijdig dient deze persoon het terrein te verlaten.

5. Categories
The date on or after which a player must be born in order to play in a certain age category can be found on the tournament website under 'age categories'. Due to the usage of different ages per category for a number of national football associations, the tournament organizer is entitled to grant dispensation. Check: Before the start of the tournament, the team leader must have the player list on which the name, birth date and back number are listed per player mentioned at the tournament secretariat. All players must be in possession of an official ID that must be available at any time. The same player may play in only one team during the entire tournament.
6. Playing time

8. Competition
For all categories, unlimited changes can be made during the matches. Players may only play for one team during the entire tournament. The match of the team in which this player playing illegally counts as lost (0-3).
9. Tenue

10. Disciplinary measures
A player who receives an official warning (yellow card) receives a five-minute time penalty. 11. Protests
Protests regarding the decisions of the referees are not possible. Protests related to others matters must be submitted by the team leader to the tournament committee no later than 15 minutes after the match submitted in writing. The tournament committee also decides on matters not covered by these regulations. The decision of the tournament committee is binding.
12. Competition program
The tournament committee has the right to change the game schedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances
13. Liability
The participating clubs are themselves responsible for adequate insurance for the players. The organizers and Euro Sportring are not liable for personal injury and loss or theft of property of the participants
14. Alcohol consumption
It is strictly forbidden for participants in Brabant Open to drink alcohol along the fields during the tournament. If this does happen, the tournament organization can exclude the team of the relevant player from participating. Age estimation remains difficult, in case of doubt, an ID card is requested.
15. Discipline
Players / teams that misbehave in any way during the weekend on and / or outside the football field can be excluded from participating in the Brabant Open. The decision on this is in the hands of the board of the Eurosportring Foundation and the club where the tournament is played.
